Hello,
Thank you for this timely information.
Here are my comments for the hearing:
I am not against or in favor of this.
This property looks like a single family house with an addition on the back rather than a two family house. For some
reason it was reclassified as a two family house many years ago which most likely made it a more valuable property.
It is now listed for sale as two separate residences rather than as a two family.
Why does it need to be reclassified as condominiums rather than staying as a two family house?
It seems that there are no other two family houses or condominiums in the Gateway Isles Association.
If this is approved, then in the future any property owner in Gateway Isles should be able to attempt to reclassify their
house as a two family or a condominium.
As I stated I am neutral on this but I feel these are legitimate thoughts to bring up.

We spoke today about the two-family at 11 Gate Way.
I confirmed with the Assessor's Office that Laserfiche stores the "old" property cards.
From the property cards we have, 11 Gate Way has been listed as a two-family/duplex since at least 1974
(please see attached and below for page 15 from 1974).
