PETITION ##5250: 28 Little Dipper Lane, Yarmouth
At its August 20', 2026, hearing, the Conservation Commission heard a Request for
Determination of applicability for a proposed raze and replace with regrading, paved
driveway, and septic upgrade in LSCSF at 28 Little Dipper Lane. The commission voted
4-1 approving a motion to issue a Negative 2 Determination pending approval of a revised
plan showing that the driveway will be permeable. The approved Plot Plan with final
revision date 8/2412026 was received August 241h, 2026. The Determination of
Applicability was issued on 8125t'2026.
