The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on September
31 2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Gene Bisol, 4 Swan Lake
Road. Proposed shed in
LSCSF and the buffer zone
to a salt marsh.
Justin Wharton and Long
Pond Holdings LLC, 236
Long Pond Drive. Proposed
vista pruning in the buffer
zone to bordering vege-
tated wetland and Long
Pond.
Notice of Intent
Ronald Paradis, 120 Blue
Rock Road. Proposed
replacement and repairs of
existing patio, walls, and
steps in the Riverfront area
and the buffer zone to a
coastal bank.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town's
website at https://www.
yarmouth.ma.us/
AgendaCenter at least 48
hours in advance of the
meeting.
