Dear Ms. Fallon, I BOARD of APPEALS
As an abutter to 81 Standish Way, I would like to submit my comments regarding the special permit required for the
homeowners to park their boat on a trailer in their driveway (ZBA #5245).
My primary concern is the displacement effect the parked boat will have on the multiple vehicles frequently parked at
this residence, which will likely increase on -street parking.
This directly impacts my family as abutters on Webster Road. When entering Standish Way from Webster Road, cars
parked along the roadside up to the corner significantly obstruct our view. Whether we are driving, walking, or cycling,
we must pull far into the intersection to see oncoming traffic.
