NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTION
RESIDENTIAL
Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 1 Templeton Place , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2016 , Map
87, Parcel 5. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 26489 , Page 186 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Mass. for James F. Ruhan et al.” Lot
224 dated March 11, 1970, and recorded on the Plan Book 237 Page 143.
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated June 15, 2016 approved by the Health Department on August 8, 2016 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.002, Bedroom Definition, Minimum Design Flow
(b) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
