Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 1 Spinning Brook Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2002 , Map 58 , parcel 193 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 170883 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Land Court Plan 30561-B (Sheet 6) ” .
The engineered plan prepared by DBC Environmental Designs , dated December 28, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on January 20, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203 and 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
