Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 2 Amelia Way , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2007 , Map 59 ,
parcel 79 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 5226 , Page 150 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Lots of Benjamin Grassi, Tr. in South Yarmouth ”, Lot 2 (Block D) dated
August 2, 1958 , and recorded on the Plan Book 150 Page 31 .
The engineered plan prepared by Peter T. McEntee, PE, Engineering Works , dated January 18, 2008 , approved by the Health Department on February 19, 2008 , requires a maximum,
not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
