Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 2 Hamblin Hill Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2013 , Map
115 , Parcel 11 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 18933 , Page 259 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Middletown Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. for Charles E. Chamberlain, Jr. etux,
Scale 1”=60’, Scott Associates Surveyors, South Dennis, Mass. Cape Cod”, Lot 5 dated July, 1965, and recorded on the Plan Book 197 Page 91.
The engineered plan prepared by Bass River Engineering , dated January 13, 2014 approved by the Health Department on January 16, 2014 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
