Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 2 Brae Burn Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2003
, Map 90 , parcel 172 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 2435 , Page 292 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Mass. For Spear T. Holway” dated October
31, 1966 , and recorded on the Plan Book 208 , Page 85 .
The engineered plan prepared by Shay Environmental Services , dated April 30, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on May 19, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
