Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 3 Captain Lothrop Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2013 ,
Map 78 , Parcel 290 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 19370 , Page 277 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Regional Heights – Section 1 – a Subdivision of Land of Regional Heights Trust in
South Yarmouth, Scale: 1”=60’, Newell B. Snow, RLS” Lot 27 dated August 26, 1959, and recorded on the Plan Book 151 Page 75.
The engineered plan prepared by Punkhorn Services , dated January 10, 2014 approved by the Health Department on February 3, 2014 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
