Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 3 Mynelle Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2002
, Map 88 , parcel 68 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 1208 , Page 205 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled Pine Ridge dated July, 1963 on the Plan Book 167 , Page 103 .
The engineered plan prepared by DBC Environmental Designs , dated March 8, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on March 21, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions and lot size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214 and 15.203.
