RE: Two Bedroom Deed Restriction for 3 Mynelle Drive, South Yarmouth, MA
Dear Mr. Dodge:
As you are aware through our past discussions, it has been determined that your lot is located within the Wellhead Zone of Contribution (Zone II) which restricts the total number of
bedrooms based on the total square footage of the lot. After careful review of your lot, this office has determined that only a portion of the lot is located within the Zone of Contribution.
Based on this information, and based on the location of the proposed septic system outside of the Zone of Contribution, this office has determined that a two bedroom deed restriction
will not be required for this lot.
The previously submitted engineered plan has been reviewed and approved. Prior to the installation of the septic system, three additional copies of the plan, a completed Title V Application,
and a $50.00 permit fee must be submitted by your installer of choice.
