Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 5 Circuit Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map 48
, Parcel 84 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 11131 , Page 109 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Swan Lake Shores, W. Yarmouth, Mass. for Swan Lake Shores Trust, Donald T. Fenton,
Trustees”, Lot 28 dated December, 1926 , and recorded on the Plan Book 20 Page 15 .
The engineered plan prepared by BSC Group, Inc. , dated December 17, 2009, approved by the Health Department on January 12, 2010 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria
(b) Title 5, Section 15.405 (1), Maximum Feasible Compliance; Variances Granted for Groundwater Separation and Setback Distances
