Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 5 Duffy Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2005 ,
Map 31 , parcel 102 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 19249 , Page 221 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth” dated January 21, 1950 , and recorded
on the Plan Book 91 , Page 41 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated February 17, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on February 24, 2006 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203.
