Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 6 Amelia Way , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2014 , Map 59 ,
Parcel 78 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 3784 , Page 031 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Lots of Benjamin Grassi, Jr. in South Yarmouth, Newell B. Snow, Engineer,
Buzzards Bay, Mass., Scale: 1”=50’ “ Lot 3 Block D dated August 2, 1958, and recorded on the Plan Book 150 Page 31.
The engineered plan prepared by Punkhorn Services , dated Rev. June 3, 2014 approved by the Health Department on June 4, 2014 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
(b) Title 5, Section 15.405, Foundation Setbacks, Property Line Setbacks
