, Map 67 , Parcel 164 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 10954 , Page 294 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of a portion of ‘Captains Village’ South Yarmouth, Mass., Thomas
E. Kelley, Surveyor”, Lot 403 dated December 17, 1970, and recorded on the Plan Book 249 Page 111 .
The engineered plan prepared by Rick Judd, R.S. , dated June 20, 2011 approved by the Health Department on July 25, 2011 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
