Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 6 Haywood Avenue , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map
88 , Parcel 146 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 8946 , Page 288 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Fleetwood Park in South Yarmouth, Mass. for Interstate Realty Trust” Lot 2 dated
June, 1962 , and recorded on the Plan Book 172 Page 1 .
The engineered plan prepared by J.C. Engineering, Inc. , dated November 15, 2010 approved by the Health Department on December 1, 2010 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria, 2 Bedroom Design allowed under Bedroom Definition
(b) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
