Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 7 Holworthy Path, shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2011 , Map 76
, Parcel 141. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 11656 , Page 173 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in W. Yarmouth, Mass. For James F. Ruhan et ali” Lot 95
dated March 1968 , and recorded on the Plan Book 220 Page 149 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering , dated November 2, 2011 approved by the Health Department on November 9 , 2011 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
