, Parcel 95 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 24948 , Page 311 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Mass., Property of Rebecca P. Hosking”
Lot 18 dated August, 1962 , and recorded on the Plan Book 174 Page 127 .
The engineered plan prepared by Moran Engineering, Inc. , dated Revised September 30, 2010 approved by the Health Department on October 4, 2010 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed One ( 1 ) per design restrictions,
