Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 7 Lansing Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2008 , Map
28 , Parcel 102. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 10132 , Page 326 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Lots at Hyannis Park, Yarmouth, Mass. dated 1892, Heywood & Howard, C.E.,
Lot 224” and recorded on the Plan Book 26 Page 103 & 105 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated May 5, 2008 , approved by the Health Department on June 16, 2008 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria;
Board of Health Variance Approvals granted on June 16, 2008:
Title 5 Sections 15.211, 15.248 ; and
Town of Yarmouth Amendments to Title 5 Section 3.7
