As shown on a plan of land recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Book #303 , Page 74 .
The engineered plan prepared by Weller & Associates , dated April 21, 1999 (Revised) , approved by the Health Department on April 21, 1999 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
