As shown on a plan of land recorded on Plan 31209 D, Lot 86.
The engineered plan prepared by LaBarge Engineering & Contracting, Inc. , dated May 6, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on June 17, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per septic system size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Sensitive Areas.
