Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 7 Joanna Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2002
, Map 100 , parcel 34 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 18269 , Page 148 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, MA for Theodore Angelos, and Robert
J. & Joseph A. Pocaro” dated January, 1966 , and recorded on the Plan Book 202 , Page 99 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweester Engineering , dated December 30, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on February 23, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
(2) the installation of a MicroFAST® Unit 0.5 per DEP Provisional Approval Letter (Transmittal #W019014), dated January 27, 2004
