Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 7 Portsmouth Terrace , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2002 , Map 106 , parcel 31 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 5939 , Page 136 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Mass for Robert W. Luby, et al Trs.” dated
April, 1970 , and recorded on the Plan Book 240 , Page 27 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering. , dated August 1, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on August 29, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Sensitive Areas.
