Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 8 Cardinal Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map 86
, Parcel 209. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 10016 , Page 318 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in W. Yarmouth, MA” , Lot 5 dated March 19, 1971 , and
recorded on the Plan Book 246 Page 142 .
The engineered plan prepared by Shay Environmental Services, Inc. , dated March 3, 2010 approved by the Health Department on May 10, 2010 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
