Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 8 Fenway , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2004 , Map
99 , parcel 58 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate C176296 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision of Land in Yarmouth by Barnstable Survey Consultants,
31209D (Sheet 2) Lot 107” dated October, 1970 .
The engineered plan prepared by TADCO , dated March 21, 2005 , approved by the Health Department on May 23, 2005 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
