, Map 63 , parcel 50 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate #54093 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Subivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Robert G. McGlone, Surveyor”,
Land Court Plan 33983-B (Sheet 2) dated November 19, 1971 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated January 31, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on November 20, 2006 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
