, parcel 67 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 23279 , Page 199 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Subdivision of Land of Alexander C. and Myra C. Todd in South
Yarmouth “, Lot G-13 dated April 30, 1958 , and recorded on the Plan Book 148 Page 95 .
The engineered plan prepared by Eco-Tech Environmental , dated November 21, 2008, approved by the Health Department on December 5, 2008 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
