NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTION
RESIDENTIAL
Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 8 Mulford Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2016 , Map 68,
Parcel 106. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 17707 , Page 300 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Subdivision of Land of Alexander C. & Myra C. Todd in South Yarmouth” Lot
F-11 dated April 30, 1958, and recorded on the Plan Book 148 Page 95.
The engineered plan prepared by Engineering Works, Inc. , dated September 12, 2016 approved by the Health Department on October 3, 2016 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
(b) Title 5, Section 15.002, Definition of Bedroom
