Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 8 Par Three Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2005 , Map
101 , parcel 1 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on Land Court Document # 506086.
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on subdivision plan 32248-B (Sheet 2) dated July 1966 drawn by Mercer Engineering Corporation, Surveyors. A copy
of which is filed at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Land Registration Book 302, Page 115 with Certificate of Title No. 38425 and said land is shown thereon as Lot 12.
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated August 9, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on September 11, 2006 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
