Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 8 Pheasant Cove Circle , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2011
, Map 149 , parcel 32 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 2408 , Page 332 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “’Pheasant Cove’ Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth for Scott Jordan”, Lot 41
dated October, 1968 , and recorded on the Plan Book 229 Page 31 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated Revised May 3, 2012, approved by the Health Department on May 4, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.405 (1) (h), Maximum Feasible Compliance; Variance Granted for Groundwater Separation between Leach Facility and Adjusted Groundwater.
(b) Town of Yarmouth Section 3.7, Variance Granted for Setback Distance between Leach Facility and Drainage to Wetland
