As shown on a plan of land recorded on Land Court Plan 28290 A.
The engineered plan prepared by Darren Meyer, R.S. , dated April 24, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on May 15, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per lot size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214.
