Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 9 Captain Chase Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2006 ,
Map 88 , parcel 268 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 1435 , Page 444 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Captain’s Village, South Yarmouth, MA ” dated January, 1965 , and recorded on
the Plan Book 192 Page 129 .
The engineered plan prepared by Engineering Works , dated August 22, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on September 13, 2006 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
