As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Land Court Plan 6940-D Lot C-1 and Land Court Plan 6940-B Lot
D and dated January 12, 1948.
The engineered plan prepared by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc., dated Revised August 25, 2012, approved by the Health Department on September 17, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
