Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 9 Hersey Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2006
, Map 100 , parcel 22 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 166189 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Plan 28290-A dated June, 1957 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated September 26, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on November 27, 2006 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
