As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Fleetwood Park in (South) Yarmouth, Mass. for Interstate Realty Trust” Scale 1”=60’
Gerald A. Mercer & Co., Inc. dated June, 1962 , and recorded on the Plan Book 172 Page 1 .
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated June 11, 2010 approved by the Health Department on July 12, 2010 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
