Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 10 Templeton Place , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2013 , Map
87 , Parcel 7 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 4867 , Page 234 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in W. Yarmouth for James Ruhan et al.” Lot 232 dated
March 11, 1970, and recorded on the Plan Book 237 Page 143.
The engineered plan prepared by The BSC Group , dated April 10, 2014 approved by the Health Department on May 5, 2014 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.203, System Sewage Flow Design Criteria
(b) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
