Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 10 Ginger Plum Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2004 , Map 63 , parcel 53 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 174557 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Land Court Plan 21531 A” dated October 5, 1950 .
The engineered plan prepared by Darren Meyer, R.S. , dated September 22, 2004, Rev. October 24, 2004 approved by the Health Department on October 26, 2004 , requires a
maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
