Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 11 Windjammer Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2006 , Map
77 , parcel 96 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 21257 , Page 315 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Mass. for Kenmac Realty Trust ” dated
July, 1971 , and recorded on the Plan Book 250 Page 139 .
The engineered plan prepared by Craig R. Short, P.E. , dated August 30, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on September 7, 2006 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
