Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 11 Lake Road East , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2002
, Map 58 , parcel 8 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 10194 , Page 282 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan recorded on the Plan Book 20 , Page 15 .
The engineered plan prepared by DBC Environmental Designs , dated April 15, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on May 23, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203.
