Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health for a deed restriction, 12 Hersey Street, shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2018 , Map 110 , Parcel
69. As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 169487 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Plan 28290-A, Lot 3 and dated June, 1957.
The engineered plan prepared by David B. Mason, R.S. , dated May 22, 2018 approved by the Health Department on June 4, 2018 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions:
