Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 12 Nicole Avenue , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2012 , Map
76 , Parcel 257 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 21182 , Page 156 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Estate of Francis H. Behen, HALF-WAY ESTATES, Yarmouth, Massachusetts, Scale 1”
= 40’, drawn by Cape Cod Survey Consultants, Iyanough Road, (Route 132), Hyannis, Massachusetts” Lot 31 dated February 18, 1971 , and recorded on the Plan Book 258 Page 4.
The engineered plan prepared by Eco-Tech Environmental , dated August 2, 2012 approved by the Health Department on October 1, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
