Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 12 Shaker House Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2011 ,
Map 115 , parcel 169 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 19037 , Page 160 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, for Robert W. Luby, Scale 1”=60’,
Gerald A. Mercer & Co.” Lot 9” dated July 20, 1964 , and recorded on the Plan Book 187 Page 149 .
The engineered plan prepared by Eagle Surveying, Inc. , dated Revised March 9, 2012, approved by the Health Department on March 15, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
