Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 12 Lake Road East , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2003
, Map 58 , parcel 25 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 17714 , Page 327 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Swan Lake Shores, West Yarmouth, Massachusetts for Swan Lake Shore Trust Donald
T. Fenton” dated December, 1926 , and recorded on the Plan Book 20 , Page 15 .
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated December 6, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on January 13, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203.
