Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 13 Gingerplum Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2011 , Map
59 , Parcel 226 . As Deed is recorded at the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 89139 and Document # 297153.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Plan 21531-A, Sheet 2, Lot 25 and dated September 6, 1950.
The engineered plan prepared by Kyle Pitz & Robert Duff , dated October 31, 2011 approved by the Health Department on November 17, 2011 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
