Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 13 Nightingale Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2003 , Map 88 , parcel 62 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 5095 , Page 125 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Fleetwood Park in Yarmouth (South)” dated June, 1962 , and recorded on the Plan
Book 172 , Page 1 .
The engineered plan prepared by Demarest-McLellan Engineering , dated August 6, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on August 31, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
