Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 14 Phyllis Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2009 , Map
87 , parcel 44 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 11092 , Page 120 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Pine Ridge Subdivision Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Mass. for Ansil, Inc. ”,
Lot 83 dated July, 1963 , and recorded on the Plan Book 179 Page 89 .
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated April 22, 2009, approved by the Health Department on May 26, 2009 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
