As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Nelson Bearse & Richard
Law, Surveyors, Plan 17149-F, Sheet 2 .
The engineered plan prepared by Craig R. Short, P.E. , dated Revised October 5, 2007 , approved by the Health Department on October 10, 2007 , requires a maximum, not to
