Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 14 Kristen Path , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2006 , Map 76
, parcel 109 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 6291 , Page 30 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth” dated May, 1968 , and recorded on the
Plan Book 222 Page 63 .
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated Revised July 17, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on August 15, 2006 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria and Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations, Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
