Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 15 Circuit Road East shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2011 , Map
49, Parcel 60 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 25907 , Page 334 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan Showing Swan Lake Shores, West Yarmouth, Mass. for Swan Lake Shores Trust,
Donald T. Fenton, Trustee; Noyes & Bond Engineers, Hyannis, MA”, Lot 112 dated December, 1926 , and recorded on the Plan Book 20 Page15 .
The engineered plan prepared by Yankee Land Survey Co. , dated February 27, 2012 approved by the Health Department on April 10, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.203 (2): System Sewage Flow Design Criteria: System Capacity designed for a Maximum Two Bedrooms.
